Progress Report Form

New Date for Progress Reports

Progress Reports for 2007 are due on 15 March 2008. The GRDC is in the process of updating all e-forms. Please check the GRDC website for the date when the new e-forms will be available.

The templates will be changed, so you will need to download the updated Progress Report template from the GRDC website prior to creating the Progress Report.

Downloading the new template will not effect any data in the report. You will need to over write the templates in My Documents\My Forms\Templates.

The Progress Report form is used during a GRDC supported investment to report against milestones and outcomes of a project(s).

Instructions: 
1) Progress Report forms are eForms - Note that you need to download and install Informed Desktop eForms software to be able to view and fill out these forms. The software can be found within this website at: 'Applying/Reporting' > 'Forms Software'

2) Download Progress Report [ITP file 356 KB] form by clicking on the link below

3) Save the files to My Documents/My Forms/Templates. If prompted to replace an existing template, select 'yes'. (NB: This form was updated on 20.1.06. Please save the new version to My Documents/My Forms/Templates. If prompted to replace the existing template, select 'yes'.)

4) Locate the saved file in your computer and double-click to open.
