    TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

    TAE40110 will qualify you to work as a competency-based trainer and assessor in the vocational education and training (VET) industry, or allow you to formally train and assess others if you have occupational and industry experience in the sector you are already in.

    Qualification outcomes:
    This is a mandatory certification for those performing assessments using Training Packages under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
    It is a must-have if your workplace uses formal training to measure, increase and impact performance.
    Once completed, holders will be able to use the designation TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

    Who will the Certificate IV benefit?
    This is a professional qualification for VET teachers and competency based trainers and assessors.
    • Industry trainers and assessors;
    • Subject matter specialists leading competency-based courses or training sessions;
    • Vocational education teachers;
    • RTO course managers, trainers and assessors;
    • Anyone who needs training to plan and conduct competency based assessment, design and develop assessment tools, and participate in competency-based assessment validations;
    • Those needing to upgrade BSZ40198 / TAA40104.

PICSE is the national infrastructure for a supply chain that provides the next generation of researchers and industry scientists. The Primary Industries targeted by PICSE are those which focus on the sciences of agriculture, aquaculture, ecology, horticulture, fisheries, water security, sustainability, climate change and the environment.
