An individual/organisation is required to forward to the GRDC, as soon as possible (and, in any event, within 3 months) following the completion of the activities described in the application, a statement of expenditure of the funds certified to be true and correct by a representative of your organisation who is authorised to sign financial statements (the template for this statement can be downloaded from this page, below - Form C).
A completed Form C should be forwarded to the GRDC at the following address:

An electronic copy is also required and must be emailed to email@example.com.
In all cases a completed Form C must be provided and subsequently approved by the GRDC in order for a final payment to be processed.
